Border Break Scramble. An awesome game that's stuck in the past – jetpacked mechs and bigtitted cartoon girls all over it.

One of the earlier arcade games to feature a mouse on the cab. Your left hand has a fixed handle with thumbstick and buttons. Very playable, very competitive, and riddled with micropayments.
